Neurodevelopment & Movement Therapist
Louise Boettcher

Lou brings extensive experience to her work in this space, including more than two decades of working with diverse populations to achieve brain and body connection through therapeutic movement training. This work is close to her heart, being a Mum of three children with one identified as having neurological and sensory challenges. Her compassion comes from an understanding of the difficulties that come with watching a loved one struggle with aspects of life and learning that seem so effortless to others.

"I seek to both understand and treat underlying causes of learning, motor and behavioural difficulties rather than just looking at the presenting symptoms. The mission of establishing Connect Movement Therapy is driven in no small part by a desire to share knowledge and experience with clients and parents, to help them discover why."

The body tells a learning story. It's our job to listen and understand what it's saying.
